Attendant care is paid hourly and is a wonderful home care solution. Parents can choose any non-LRI caregiver who can pass a background check and TB test. They can even have multiple caregivers, allowing family and friends to care for their medically complex child at home.  Many of our families use a combination of attendant care and RN hours to allow them to work full-time while ensuring consistent care for their child.

Our attendant caregivers are employees of Healing Hands and receive bi-weekly pay and paid time off! We also offer health, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) program for full time employees.
