Not with Attendant Care!  Because the care is provided by somebody other then mom or dad, the caregiver does not need to live with the child.

If your child has a Health and Wellness Waiver, Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver, or CHOICE, they could qualify for in-home care provided by someone who is not a legally responsible individual.  We have Grandmas, grandpas, step-parents, aunts, cousins, and adult siblings providing this care.
